InvoiceMakerPro provides online invoice generation services with the following features:

  • Free Tier: Basic invoice creation with local storage, no account required
  • Registered Users: Account-based invoice management, templates, and business profiles
  • Pro Subscription: Advanced features including invoice scheduling, email automation, Google Drive integration, and expense management

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using:

  • Email and password through Supabase authentication
  • Google OAuth for single sign-on

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use License and Restrictions

4.1 Permitted Use

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our service for:

  • Creating invoices for legitimate business or personal use
  • Managing your business information and client data
  • Downloading and using generated invoices
  • Accessing the service from any device

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Create invoices with false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the service
  • Overload, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

5. Google API Services

5.1 Google Integration

Our service integrates with Google APIs to provide enhanced functionality:

  • Google OAuth: For secure authentication and account creation
  • Google Drive API: To save invoices directly to your Google Drive
  • Gmail API: To search for expense receipts in your email

5.2 Google API Compliance

Our use of Google APIs complies with Google's API Terms of Service and Limited Use Policy. We only access your Google data when you explicitly authorize such access and solely for the purposes you request.

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Pro Subscription

Our Pro subscription includes:

  • Unlimited invoice creation and storage
  • Invoice scheduling and automation
  • Email sending capabilities
  • Google Drive integration
  • Advanced expense management
  • Priority customer support

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Pay all charges incurred under your account
  • Stripe's Terms of Service

6.3 Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

7.1 Your Data

You retain full ownership of all content and data you create using our service, including:

  • Invoice data and business information
  • Client and customer information
  • Templates and customizations

7.2 Data Storage

For free users, data is stored locally in your browser. For registered users, data is securely stored using Supabase with appropriate encryption and security measures.

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high service availability but make no guarantees about uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We provide customer support for Pro subscribers with priority assistance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceMakerPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Intellectual Property

The service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our discretion, particularly for violations of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
